The average test or survey takes between 1 and 5 minutes. Interviews can range from 15 minutes to 2 hours. The duration will be shared with you before you accept.

You will need a computer or mobile device with internet access. You’ll be required to verify your account via SMS when you create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to take part. You’ll also need to set up a free PayPal account so that you can get paid.

You can take tests or interviews from your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Some studies are specifically designed to be taken on a particular device. If the notification specifies that the study is for desktop or mobile only, you will only be able to take it if you open it from that type of device.

Invitations sent will depend on your preferences, profile suitability, country, and time zone. Most invites will ask you to fill out a brief screener questionnaire to ensure you're the right fit.

Before the scheduled interview, both you and the researcher will receive reminder emails. At the appointed time, simply click the provided meeting link to begin. These are usually using online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Ensure your device has a camera and microphone enabled.  

Following the interview, your UserCrowd account will be credited with the incentive once the session concludes successfully.
